"I used Deliveree for a same-day delivery..."
I used Deliveree for a same-day delivery and to be fair, it did get there the same day, so thats a plus. I was kinda relieved it made it because I needed the item moved quickly.

The only thing was the pickup happened later than I expected, and the tracking didn’t always update properly. I ended up messaging the driver just to check where the item was, which was a bit annoying tbh.
Price was fair and nothing got damaged, so no big complaints there. I just think the timing and updates could be better. Not terrible, not amazing, just kinda average for me.

"Claim took a bit longer than I expected"
Delivery was fine overall, but my insurance claim seemed to take a bit longer than I thought it would. I’m not totally sure what was going on behind the scenes, so maybe there was a reason for the delay. Support did reply, just not super quickly. It all got sorted in the end though.

I used Deliveree for a delivery recently, and overall it went well. The driver showed up, picked up the items, and the delivery was completed without any major issues, which is really all I needed.

I did like that the proof of delivery was available afterward and had the details I needed to double-check that everything was received. That part definitely made the process feel more reliable.

That said, the experience was basic and there wasn’t much extra communication along the way, so it’s not something I’d call amazing. But it got the job done, and I’d still rate it positively.

"Good corporate account, but the waiting can be frustrating"
Our company account has been solid overall, and most of the time it does what we need. The one thing that sticks with me is a time we needed a quick change made before a deadline, and I remember everyone kind of hovering around, waiting for a reply from our account manager. It eventually got sorted, but that anxious waiting feeling is hard to forget. So yes, the account itself is okay, but faster responses would make a big difference.

"Pickup time was harder to change than I expected"
I needed to move my pickup time and that part was kind of frustrating. The options were limited, and then support took a while to get back to me, so I was just sitting there trying to figure out what to do. The driver was fine, no real issue there, but the scheduling side made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be. I thought it would be a quick change, but it wasn’t.

"Pretty reliable and useful"
I’ve used Deliveree a few times now to send stock to my shop, and it’s been simple and useful overall. Most of the drivers show up on time, and the app updates are usually accurate, so I don’t have to keep calling to check where everything is.

There was one time the driver came a bit late and support took a few minutes to reply, but the delivery still got finished without any real issue. It’s not perfect, but it’s been reliable enough for my needs.

"Helpful tracking, though I’d love to know if others see the same"
I tried Deliveree recently, and the real-time tracking was probably the part I appreciated most. Being able to watch the driver move on the map made the whole thing feel less stressful, and I didn’t have to keep calling or messaging just to ask where the delivery was.

That said, there were a few moments where the location seemed frozen or a little delayed, so I still wasn’t 100% sure when it would actually arrive. I’m curious if other people have had the same experience with the tracking. Overall, the service was fine, but it would be much better if the map updates were more accurate

"Canceling Was More Confusing Than It Needed to Be"
I had to cancel my booking because my plans changed, and while it did get sorted out in the end, the whole process felt kind of unclear. What annoyed me most was not really knowing who was responsible for what, the platform, the property, or support. I felt like I was just waiting around for someone to officially confirm it. Support did eventually reply, but not as quickly as I’d hoped. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but if you need to cancel quickly, it could definitely be smoother and clearer.

"Refund drama nearly took me out, but they fixed it"
I had some extra charges show up after my delivery and I was ready to make it my entire villain origin story. I contacted support, and it didn’t get sorted immediately, so I had to follow up once, which felt way more dramatic in my head than it probably was. But they did actually look into it and refunded the amount. Not the smoothest experience ever, but they handled it in the end, so I’d still use them again

I like that Deliveree gives you a few payment options, it really makes booking easier. I paid by card and it worked fine for me 👍 Just wish the refunds were a bit quicker!

Booked Deliveree for a morning pickup and the driver actually arrived exactly at the time I chose. I was glad because I really don’t like having to deal with customer service if something goes wrong. No waiting around, no chasing anyone, and my stuff got there when they said it would. Happy with the whole thing.

I booked deliveree to move some of my stuff and, yeah, the driver was really helpful with both loading and unloading. There weren’t any issues at all, and it made the whole thing way less tiring for me. Overall, it was a good experience.
